PC Repairs – Warranty

All of our PC repairs are warranted for a period of 30 days. If a new part was used to make the repair, most of the time that part will have a longer manufacturer’s warranty as well (covers part but not labor cost). In the case a repair needs to come back, please contact us and we will diagnose and repair the system to working condition. This will be at no cost during the 30-day warranty, and labor only if the new part is still under warranty. Please be aware that dropping off and picking up the PC will be the customer’s responsibility.

If any modification is made to the PC after leaving us during this 30-day period, Techie Papa reserves the right to deny the repair and warranty service.

Used PC Sales & Warranty

All of our used PC sales are warrantied for a period of 30 days. If you have an issue with the PC, please contact us and we will diagnose and repair the system to working condition, using equivalent parts. If an equivalent part is unavailable, we will use a better part to make that repair. Please be aware that dropping off and picking up the PC will be the customer’s responsibility.

If any modification is made to the PC after leaving us, Techie Papa reserves the right to deny the repair and warranty service. There may be a repair fee in this case.

Used PC Returns

Used PCs may be returned within 7 days of receiving the PC from Techie Papa. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, so please save that initially while in the return period. Any shipping or delivery to us must be covered by the customer.

If any modification is made to the PC, Techie Papa reserves the right to deny the return or may charge a restocking fee.

New PC Sales & Warranty

All of our new PC sales are warranted for a period of 90 days. If you have an issue with the PC, please contact us and we will diagnose and repair the system to working condition, using equivalent parts. If an equivalent part is unavailable, we will use a better part to make that repair. Please be aware that dropping off and picking up the PC will be the customer’s responsibility. Some parts will have longer warranties that cover the part replacement, with any labor costs past the 90 days warranty charged to the customer. Any parts warranties beyond 90 days will be noted in the purchase invoice.

New PC Returns

There is a 30% restocking fee on all returned NEW PCs. NEW PCs may be returned within 7 days of receiving the PC from Techie Papa.
